From non-intensive and ecological cultivation of our groves, we get the Picual and Empeltre variety olives which we mill cold and only by mechanical procedures to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superior quality, that we blend in a very carefully defined proportion for an oil of unique quality.

It is an oil of medium intensity and fruity flavor with a very slight bitter touch and spicy own from early harvest, with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and nuts that persists in mouth.
