MONTSAGRE PICUAL FAMILY SELECTION AT THE TOP 100 AOVES OF THE WORLD
Montsagre Family Selection Picual, has been rated among the best 100 EVOOs in the world, according to the prestigious magazine EVOOLEUM, the announcement took place in an event at the World Olive Oil Exhibition (¨WOOE¨) 2018 in Madrid.The sample collected high quality oils from 13 countries, and confirms Montsagre's commitment to excellence.

MONTSAGRE PICUAL FAMILY SELECTION GETS GOLD MEDAL AT ECOTRAMA 2018
Montsagre Selección Familiar Picual variety, has been recognized in the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ECOTRAMA 2018 International Competition with Gold Medal.The Competition, which was held in the city of Córdoba, represented for Montsagre the opportunity to participate for the first time in a specialized contest for Organic EVOOs, and to demonstrate the quality of its oils.

ALANTERRES PARTICIPATES IN FIO 2018 AND REPRESENTS ITS PICUAL OIL IN A GUIDED TASTING
The MONTSAGRE Oils participate in the Regional Oil Fair in Mora La Nueva (Tarragona). Within the framework of this event, MONTSAGRE PICUAL FAMILY SELECTION - Ecological was represented in a guided tasting session for a group of approximately 45 fans interested in the EVOO culture.

CHEF VICENT GUIMERA COOKS WITH MONTSAGRE OILS AT FIO 2018
On January 26, the "Fira Intercomarcal de l'Oli" of Ribera de Ebro, Terra Alta and Priorat was inaugurated in Mòra la Nova (Tarragona). The chef, Vicent Guimerá, recognized with a Michelin star, from the restaurant "L'antic Molí" (Ulldecona) prepared a tasting menu with award-winning oils such as our Montsagre Selección Picual.

With Aladina Foundation to raise funds for children with cancer
We have cooperated with Aladina Foundation to raise funds for children with cancer. During the weekend of December 1st., 2nd, and 3rd., we attended the Foundation’s solidarity market in Madrid to support with our EVOO’s, this cause. Total we donated 72 bottles of Montsagre oil that sold out quickly. “Just a small gesture to get BIG SMILES.”

THE CCPAE AWARDED CERTIFICATE OF ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTION TO ALANTERRES.
The Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production - CCPAE, granted to ALANTERRES, the certification that accredits Montsagre oils as organic products. It is worth mentioning that Alanterres has been practicing organic olive growing methods since 2008.

“OLEÏCULTORS DE L’ALGARS” STARTS EXPANSION OF ITS OIL MILL.
The oil mill in Calaceite (Teruel) of “Oleïcultors de l’Algars”, joint venture created to guaranty the high quality processing of our olives and production of Montsagre EVOO, began mid-September a significant expansion. This expansion will add efficiency to its processes and support even further the elaboration of high quality organic extra virgin olive oil.

MONTSAGRE PARTICIPATES IN “TASTA CATALUNYA 2017”IN SAN SEBASTIAN – DONOSTIA
On 23, 24 and 25 June, Montsagre EVOO offered the tasting of its oils in San Sebastián-Donostia. During the event, locals and visitors from other cities in Spain and countries including Germany, France, Holland, United Kingdom, United States, Greece, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina tasted our oils and took them back home to share and enjoy with friends and family
